How do I place an order?
Select the desired item then select โ€œADD TO BASKETโ€, next select โ€œProceed to Checkoutโ€ and enter your relevant Billing/Shipping Details (Make sure to fill in all lines). Next select โ€œDeliveryโ€ or โ€œLocal Pick-upโ€ which ever works best for you. Select your Payment Method and select โ€œPlace Orderโ€. If you create a profile on our website, you wonโ€™t need to enter all your shipping/billing details every time you order. You can also view your past and current orders.
What happens after I place my order?
You will receive an email confirming your order and that your order is now processing. Your Order will be shipped within 2-6 Working Days using Fastway. You will receive an email with a tracking number as soon as your order is picked up by our trusted couriers.
How much does the shipment cost?
This Cost Varies based on your Location. In Order to receive an Actual Delivery Cost, you can โ€œAdd to Basketโ€ and follow the checkout Procedure. This will then give you the Delivery Cost under Shipping. If you are Happy with the Cost you can proceed to Check Out. If you are Unhappy with the Delivery Cost you simply cancel the Order. You also have the Option to pick up your Order which involves no Delivery Fees. If your Order reaches a certain amount, you qualify for Free Delivery!
How long does the shipping take?
As from time of payment, Fino prepares your Order and Sends it off with either Fastway. Your Order should take about 2-6 Working Days depending on where you are located.
Do I have an option to pick up my order?
Yes, you do have the Option to pick up your Order. We will call or email once payment is completed and the order is ready for collection.
What payment methods are available?
Our Paystack checkout enables you make payments using different payment channels such as: Credit Card, Debit Card or QR Codes.
What happens if I did not receive my order within 2-6 days?
When an Order is picked up from our Warehouse it is scanned and a Tracking Number is assigned to the Order. This Tracking Number is then used to Track the Order wherever it goes. If a customer has not received the Order, we will Track it and send it out again.
What happens if the item I ordered is out of stock?
The Stock Quantity is normally stated on our website but if it is out of Stock and our Site has not been updated, we will then Substitute it with an item that is closest to the one you have ordered and add in a Free Gift.
Do I have an option to exchange my item for a refund?
If you are not happy with the Product, you do have the option to exchange the item to us in its original condition and we will Issue a Full Refund through an EFT transfer.
What is your Return Policy and is there Costs involved?
Users will be liable in terms of section 44(2) of the ECT Act for the direct costs of returning the Goods, such as courier and/or shipping charges. No goods may be returned by the User without prior approval and arrangement with Fino. This can be done through info@fino.co.za Where goods are to be returned at the Userโ€™s own expense, the User may elect to deliver the goods either directly to the Fino warehouse in person or through the use of a suitable Courier Company.
