1. Return & Refund Policy
1.1 Should a User be eligible for a refund in accordance with these terms and conditions, the User shall receive a full refund through an electronic funds transfer into a nominated bank account.
1.2 If you are not completely satisfied, simply return the items to us in their original condition and packaging within 7 days of receipt and we will issue a full refund through an electronic funds transfer.
1.3 You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item regardless of the condition and reason for the return, such as returning the Products via courier and/or shipping charges. Shipping costs are nonrefundable.

1.4 If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund. The reason we do this is to prevent Customers from buying a variety of items with the intention of returning most of them for free, by charging for the shipping, it creates a fair playing field for all parties involved. We do not mark up or profit from the shipping, if you prefer to send via your own courier, we are happy to do that too!
2. Warranty Policy
2.1. Fino warrants to the original purchaser that the product will be free from defects in materials and/or workmanship for a period of three (3) months.
2.2. The warranty period commences on the date of purchase from Fino.
2.3. Warranty does not cover damage caused by accident, improper care, negligence, normal wear, and tear.
2.4. Should you wish to place a warranty claim for a faulty or damaged item, please follow the steps below.
• Ensure the pair is within the 3-month warranty
• Find your proof of purchase
• Email info@fino.co.za or sales@fino.co.za, images of the damaged area as well as your proof of purchase and one of our team will be in contact.
