1. Return & Refund Policy

1.1 Should a User be eligible for a refund in accordance with these terms and conditions, the User shall receive a full refund through an electronic funds transfer into a nominated bank account.
 
1.2 If you are not completely satisfied, simply return the items to us in their original condition and packaging within 7 days of receipt and we will issue a full refund through an electronic funds transfer.
 
1.3 You are liable for the direct costs of returning the Products to us regardless of the condition and reason for the return, such as returning the Products via courier and/or shipping charges.

2. Warranty Policy

2.1. Fino warrants to the original purchaser that the product will be free from defects in materials and/or workmanship for a period of three (3) months.
2.2. The warranty period commences on the date of purchase from Fino.
2.3. Warranty does not cover damage caused by accident, improper care, negligence, normal wear, and tear.
2.4. Should you wish to place a warranty claim for a faulty or damaged item, please follow the steps below.
• Ensure the pair is within the 3-month warranty
• Find your proof of purchase
• Email info@fino.co.za, images of the damaged area as well as your proof of purchase and one of our team will be in contact.
